Charity Cycle Ride at the Marquis

cyclingPeter did a shift at the 2 day sponsored cycle ride at the Marquis Arms in Fforestfach today. The ride is for a very good cause. The Golden Grove appeal is raising funds to help soldiers with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

In March, Peter signed a pledge to do his bit for our armed forces and proudly carries the Royal British Legion pledge card. Peter therefore thought it apt that he supported this event.

Ryan Jones the landlord of the Marquis is giving up his time to raise funds for this worthy cause. To find out more about the appeal, please visit the site.
